Happy Sunday!

Services at 9am & 11am

Last week, we studied 2 Corinthians, where we're reminded of God's unwavering faithfulness and the paradoxical nature of our faith. The sermon delves into 2 Corinthians 1:18-22, emphasizing that all of God's promises find their 'Yes' in Christ. We're challenged to consider: are we living according to our culture, or are we embracing the paradox of finding stability in Jesus amidst our insecurities? The message highlights three key aspects of our identity in Christ: we're made firm, anointed, and sealed by God. This isn't about our own strength, but about His sustaining power. Just as a tree's roots grow stronger through storms, our faith can deepen through life's challenges when we lean on God. We're encouraged to daily reaffirm our trust in Jesus, understanding that our identity isn't based on our behavior, but on God's unchanging love and seal of ownership on our lives. This perspective shift can transform how we navigate uncertain times and deepen our relationship with God.
